Search Queries
Text entered in a search tool is sent to the outside provider that operates it. That provider processes the request and supplies its result. We do not keep or log those search terms on our systems.
Messages and Contact Submissions
When you email us, the message is retained so a reply can be made. It remains within our organization unless disclosure is required by law.
Data We Gather Automatically
Our servers receive ordinary technical information as pages load. It can include:

New Mexico's Inspection of Public Records Act, Sections 14-2-1 through 14-2-12 NMSA 1978, governs access to records held by public bodies. Section 29-10-6 NMSA 1978 separately lets a person inspect their own state arrest record through the New Mexico Department of Public Safety, personally, through counsel, or through an authorized agent. Those laws govern official government records rather than this site's visitor data. For information we hold, you may:
